| Villa la Vida is the perfect base for a huge variety of different holidays. For those who want a quiet, peaceful time, the villa
has everything and you don't have to venture far. Within a short distance there are a number of well stocked, very good, supermarkets full
of fresh produce (including a lot of fish brought in from the local fishing port of Garrucha) together with the old market towns of Antas and Vera.
For those who love their sport the villa offers not only tennis, swimming and Sky Sports but also a number of tremendous golf courses close by. Among them are the spectacular Desert Springs and Valle Del Este golf resorts - each about 10 minutes drive from the villa. |

For those who want to venture a little further (between 15 and 25 minutes away) there is the Vera beach coast, with it's water park,
the fishing town of Garrucha, Mojacar old town and the Mojacar playa.
Within easy striking distance are a number of sandy beaches and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to drive a little further the cities of Almeria, Murcia and Granada are all drivable for a day trip as are many of the other coastal areas on the Costa Almeria and it's natural parks. |
